What to do this weekend in Palm Springs!

Need ideas of what to do this weekend in Palm Springs? Check out the Fabulous Palm Springs Follies! There's a 1:30 matinee and 7pm evening show both today & Saturday.
Tonight at 8pm, Al Jarreau will be performing at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert. Jarreau has been recognized with 6 Grammy Awards and is the ONLY vocalist in history to net Grammy Awards in three different categories (jazz, pop, and R&B, respectively). Jarreau is considered by many to be the greatest jazz singer alive - don't miss this great event!

Looking for a great Happy Hour? Check out "Halfy" Hour at The Falls"! From from 4:30 - 6:30pm Monday through Satuday and ALL night on Sunday!

Art Under the Umbrellas will be held tomorrow (Saturday, Feb 19) from 10am util 4pm. Over 77 of SoCalís artists participate at each Art Under the Umbrellas event, located along the closed-off streets of Old Town La Quinta - a charming outdoor venue reminiscent of colonial Mexico.

There will be an artist reception for Judy Nemer Skylar Images by Gideon Fine Art Gallery at 2682 Cherokee Way at the Palm Springs Backstreet Art District from 6pm to 9pm.

Anthony Bourdain will be at the McCallum Theatre on Saturday at 8pm. Known as "the bad boy of cuisine" for his rock star looks and acerbic wit, celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain returns to the McCallum for an evening of his blunt observations about food, travel, and whatever else is on his mind!

Lionel Richie at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino!

And.....Modernism Week is one of Palm Springs' most successful signature events. It's a fun-filled celebration of all things "modern," defined by a cultural movement between 1940 - 1970 that redefined forms of art, architecture, and design. From Feb 17-27, modernism aficionados will be offered a variety of entertaining, educational and exciting events!
