Default Weather in July?

Hi, I am looking to have a 60 person (including babies) party in Palm Springs on July 18th at a home with a pool - is this unrealistic in terms of heat?? I am struggling with whether it's an unsafe idea if the temperatures get into the hundreds. Could someone help me out?

Thank you!
Charlene

There's definitely the possibility it could be very, very hot - the average high is 108 - but the average low is 76. So just be careful - definitely plan on it being indoors (especially with babies) - but then in the event it's not too toasty - have fun outside - in the shade! Also, plan on starting your party in the morning if at all possible and have water galore. Stay hydrated! Good luck.
